We also collect and store the photo and video files captured during your event. Basic website analytics may be collected through Wix to help us improve your experience.

We collect this information so we can communicate with you, confirm bookings, plan and deliver your wedding coverage, edit and deliver your final galleries and films, process payments, and maintain accurate business records. All information is stored securely through trusted platforms including Wix, Gmail, Dropbox, Google Drive, and external SSD backups. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access, and we do not sell or trade your personal information.

We may share your information with third‑party services that assist in operating our business, such as Wix for bookings and payments, Gmail for communication, and Dropbox or Google Drive for file delivery. These services only receive the information necessary to perform their functions. We will never use your wedding photos or videos for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes without your explicit consent. You may choose full usage, limited usage, or no usage at all, and your decision will always be respected.

Raw photo and video files are typically stored for twelve months, while final edited files may be stored indefinitely unless you request otherwise. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Titan Carreon Photography & Films (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“the client”). By booking our photography and/or videography services, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed once a deposit is paid.
Deposits are booking fees and is non‑refundable.
Remaining balance must be paid by the date specified on your invoice or contract.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other approved methods.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client Cancellation

Deposits are non‑refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the full balance may still be payable.

Rescheduling

We will attempt to accommodate new dates.
If we are unavailable, the booking is treated as a cancellation.

Vendor Cancellation

If we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, we will:

Provide a full refund, or
Arrange a trusted replacement photographer/videographer

3. Coverage & Creative Style

Our style is natural, cinematic, and documentary‑inspired.
Creative decisions (lighting, composition, editing, colour grading, music) are made at our discretion.
We do not guarantee the capture of every moment or guest.

4. Cooperation & Venue Rules

The client ensures reasonable cooperation from guests and vendors.
We are not responsible for missed moments due to:
- late schedules
- venue restrictions
- guest interference
- other vendors
The client must inform us of venue rules regarding photography/videography.

5. Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Weather may affect lighting and overall results. We adapt creatively but cannot control environmental conditions.

6. Delivery of Photos & Videos

Photo galleries delivered within 6–10 weeks
Wedding films delivered within 10–16 weeks
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons
Files delivered via online gallery or cloud download

7. Editing & RAW Files

Editing is performed at our professional discretion.
RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.
Re‑editing requests may incur additional fees.

8. Copyright & Usage Rights

Our Rights

We retain full copyright over all images and videos.
Clients receive a personal‑use licence.

Your Rights

You may share, download, and print your media for personal use.
Commercial use requires written permission.

Portfolio Usage

We will never use your photos/videos for marketing without your explicit consent.

9. File Storage & Backup

Raw files stored for 12 months
Final files stored indefinitely unless requested otherwise
Clients should download and back up their files upon delivery

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

equipment failure
unforeseen events
venue restrictions
guest interference
weather conditions

If total equipment failure or file loss occurs, liability is limited to a refund of all payments made.

11. Travel & Additional Fees

Travel fees may apply outside Sydney NSW
Parking fees, permits, or venue access fees are the client’s responsibility

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking TitanCarreon Photography & Films, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
